Terms and Conditions
At Hidden Sound GmbH, which represents the HIDDEN SOUND brand for worldwide sales, our products are carefully selected with correspondingly high quality standards and we always strive to support you according to your needs. To make your shopping experience as easy and smooth as possible, we have put together a few points that apply to all online purchases:
1. Applicability

Hidden Sound is a brand represented by Hidden Sound GmbH, registered at Arosastrasse 16, CH-8008 Zurich, with registered office at Schöntalstrasse 20, 8004 Zurich. Hidden Sound GmbH (hereinafter referred to as Hidden Sound) sells the Hidden Sound Home Audio goods offered in the online shop to business and private customers (hereinafter “customer” - male and female form for reasons of simplification) under the following sales and delivery conditions. The prices for deliveries and services in this contract are in Swiss francs, hereinafter abbreviated to CHF.
2. Conclusion
The contract between the customer and Hidden Sound is only concluded when Hidden Sound accepts the customer’s order. The order is placed online and is binding. Hidden Sound accepts the order by sending an order confirmation to the customer by email.
3. Product Range
The information that the customer receives about the goods during the ordering process is partly based on information directly from various providers and is subject to change. Hidden Sound endeavours to display and describe the goods as realistically as possible. Minor colour deviations due to display on the monitor or printout, as well as minor product deviations in details (construction, design of some parts, materialisation, etc.), cannot be ruled out. All product descriptions are available in English and German. If you are unsure about an English or German description, please contact us for descriptions in another language.
4. Prices
All published prices are guide prices that are continually adjusted to the market. For deliveries to Switzerland, these are advertised in Swiss francs (CHF), excluding 7.7% VAT. The prices stated in the order confirmation sent by Hidden Sound always apply to customers.
5. Delivery Time and Stocks
5. Delivery Time and StocksProducts in stock will be delivered immediately to the address specified by the customer. Otherwise, a written confirmation will be sent to the customer with the expected delivery date.
Purchase outside of CH:
Please bear in mind that you will be charged with customs and import tax/duty fees that are based on the full purchase price, including freight. Additionally you will be charged with local VAT at receipt of our delivery. These are charges we cannot prevent. Any additional costs during the import process for customs, clearance and compulsory taxation at the delivery address specified by the customer will be borne by the customer.
The specified delivery times outside of CH are to be understood as a reference and cannot be guaranteed by us.
6. Payment
Hidden Sound accepts credit and advance payments. Credit card payments are processed through our payment provider: WIX Payments. We also enable payments with Twint for Swiss customers. Payment is due upon order confirmation by Hidden Sound GmbH, or in the case of manual invoicing on the day of invoicing by Hidden Sound GmbH.
7. Return Policy and Warranty Policy

We have great respect for well-thought-out, unique products and we encourage conscious handling of goods. We therefore ask you to choose well and order carefully to simplify transactions and support our intentions for sustainable trading within the industry. 8. Intellectual Property

Hidden Sound GmbH reserves all rights to design, text or graphics on the HIDDEN SOUND website. Copying or otherwise reproducing the entire website or parts of it requires written permission (via email) from Hidden Sound GmbH. All other trademarks, product names, company names or logos cited on this website are the property of their respective owners.
9. Data Protection

Hidden Sound ensures that the Swiss data protection law and the relevant legal provisions are complied with when processing and using personal data. The customer data collected during the ordering process is used exclusively for internal market research purposes. Data will only be passed on to third parties for order processing and shipping and is absolutely necessary for proper service and delivery. The customer agrees to this use of his data.
10. Jurisdictions and Applicable Law

These conditions and the contracts concluded under these General Terms and Conditions are subject to Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
11. Final Provisions

Only the terms and conditions valid at the time of purchase in the Hidden Sound online shop apply. These General Terms and Conditions apply even if they differ from various printed versions of the terms and conditions in the customer’s possession, as the online version is always the most current. Hidden Sound GmbH reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and they will be constantly updated, especially in the Product Specifications part.

At Hidden Sound, we attach great importance to protecting your privacy as a website visitor and customer.
We do not pass on any information about you as a website visitor and customer to third parties, unless this is necessary for the shipping of your order, for payment transactions, to carry out security checks, if we have your consent or if we are required to do so by law according to Swiss law. Payment Methods
We accept payments from major credit cards via a secure payment system from WIX Payments, Stripe and TWINT. However, if the payment method you require is not listed or you would like to make a payment by bank transfer, please contact us and we will provide you with the necessary information.
Online orders can be paid electronically (via WIX Payments, Stripe, Apple Pay and Twint). All payments must be made before the order is shipped. All orders are subject to product availability.
Orders on account within Switzerland are due on the same day of the invoice date. We reserve the right to issue you one (1) reminder. ​ Invoices more than 45 days overdue are subject to a late payment fee of 5% of the order value or CHF 100, whichever is greater. Invoices that are more than 90 days overdue are subject to collection.
