Hidden Sound is inviting you to the world premiere of our innovative proposition for architects, sound and acoustic integrators: ARX+WOOPIES @ Neue Räume 24, in our hometown of Zürich form September 26 - 29, 2024.
WOOPIES are sound-absorbing acoustic elements, made from Swiss sheep's wool. They reduce the spread of sound and thus improve speech intelligibility in the room, or concentration at the workplace, and as a result, they increase your well-being.
A special feature that distinguishes our Woopies is their material. Due to its properties, sheep's wool is ideal for interiors. Whether as panels on the wall and ceiling, as a creative room divider or as a desk attachment - Woopies improve room acoustics, in offices, private homes, restaurants, museums or schools, because they create a pleasant room climate.
We at Hidden Sound fell in love with the sweet Woopies, and have decided to try the seemingly impossible: To design a product that at the same time ABSORBS SOUND and CREATES SOUND, in a high-fidelity way. Now, this really increases the level of wellbeing and maximises the listening pleasure, in today's austere business and private environments.
After a full year of lab experimentation and real live trial and error installations, we are proud to present our new SOUND perfection: HIDDEN SOUND ARX + WOOPIES. 700 mm round ceiling panels are carefully equipped with our best ARX satellites, with an amazing new high tone tweeter, developed just for the Woopies.
Now you can enjoy the best of both worlds: best sound absorption, with even better sound creation. And working and living suddenly make sense again!
